Please review this important information about your upcoming PODS service.


Essential Agreement & Support
Please log into your MyPODS account to review and accept the PODS Rental Agreement. Delays in acceptance may delay your scheduled service. By using your PODS container, you agree to the rental agreement terms. PODS offers multiple ways to manage your order through your MyPODS account, online chat, or text 'Help' to 697637. You can check delivery status, schedule services, update contact information, modify your order, make payments, and add moving supplies or contents protection coverage.


Service Area & Pricing
PODS serves specific service areas. If you haven't scheduled your final destination, please confirm we service your location. Changes to your scheduled dates, service type, or locations may affect pricing. PODS doesn't prorate monthly charges—to avoid charges for an additional month, your container must be picked up before your next billing cycle.


Scheduling & Timing
Schedule your services as soon as you know your dates. PODS needs at least 7 days' notice for most services. For long-distance moves, allow sufficient time for container transport when scheduling. You'll receive your 3-hour delivery window by email and text the night before your scheduled service. Please note that PODS isn't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or other factors.


Delivery Preparation
PODS needs a clear path 12 feet wide, 15 feet high, and 40 feet long to place your container. Allow at least 3 feet of clearance around each container. If we need to place your container on a non-paved surface, additional fees may apply. Container Requirements
Your container must be secured with your own lock for pickup. Container pickup can occur as early as 7 AM. For final pickup, your container must be unlocked, empty, and fully accessible. You don't need to be present for pickup or delivery. Container dimensions are exterior measurements and may vary slightly.


Cancellation & Changes
To avoid cancellation fees, chat with one of our associates or call (855) 706-4758 by 4 p.m. local time at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery. Visit pods.com/cancel for complete details.


Additional Requirements
Long-distance and cross-border moves may require additional paperwork. PODS will email these forms to you. Any delay in completing or returning required paperwork may cause service delays.
