Edenwild and Park South – These communities are perfect for those looking for large, high-value properties located close to award-winning schools. Their prices range from $5–$12 million.

Greater Mulwood and Calabasas Park Estates – Spacious yet affordable homes, ranging from $2–$3 million, make up these family-friendly neighborhoods.

Calabasas Village – The most affordable option, this manufactured home community dates back to 1973 but features a mix of old and new construction. The typical selling price ranges from $200,000 to $600,000.
