On May 14, 2026, PODS, LLC, together with its subsidiaries and parent companies, issued secured notes due 2031 (the “Notes”), in a transaction not subject to the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.  Certain financial and other information pertinent to the Notes will be provided via a secure website to authorized holders of the notes, bona fide prospective investors of the notes, bona fide securities analysts, and bona fide market makers.

Holders of the notes, bona fide prospective investors of the notes, bona fide securities analysts, and bona fide market makers who would like to access the secure web site please send a completed and signed “Request for Access” form to the email address [email protected]. Upon qualification, you will be sent an email with the login instructions.

Investor conference calls

PODS will host an investor teleconference call related to the Notes periodically. Prior to the investor call, PODS will announce to authorized parties the date and time of the call and details on how to access the call.
