I would highly recommend using PODS for local and cross-country moving and storage. I used PODS to store my belongings and then move them across four states. Very easy to set up. Great price for not having to drive your stuff across town or another state. PODS was excellent helping set up the move and changing dates around. It's also nice not having to balance the load inside the container, the way they pick it up. The website is easy to use as well, checking the status of the deliveries or pick-ups and changing dates.

Great experience for our long-distance move. We watched the PODS video on how to pack the unit, and that turned out well; we packed so much into the PODS unit, and nothing got damaged. I liked having plenty of time to pack it. We hired local movers to help us unpack it so we could return it within a month. Excellent customer service by phone, and the drivers we met were excellent, very helpful and experts at maneuvering the Podzilla. We enjoyed watching Podzilla in action, brilliant system!

I used PODS storage to store our garage items while we had new drywall and insulation installed. They were very easy to book and reschedule. Absolutely the best service for moving possible!!!! The rates were cheaper than a UHaul and only about $50-60 more for the month than storage that I looked at. I love the fact that they bring it to you, move it, and then come remove it. It makes moving so much easier!!!! The drivers were all respectful and considerate of the yard/house/items near the location. I kept it for about 1.5 months before moving and it made moving soooooooo much easier!!!!

The most positive aspect was: I moved from Florida to New York State and stored my possessions for two months before delivery. All staff encountered were friendly and efficient in both states. PODS containers were delivered and picked up on time. When I called to clarify the charges, everything was explained clearly. No complaints. As we traveled for over 2 years we put our possessions in a PODS container. The process of delivery and pick up were so easy. When we had our POD delivered, everything was perfect.
