PODS ® Inc. – Announces the Appointment of Darrin Campbell to Chief Operating Officer

Pinellas County, Florida – May 15, 2006 --- Peter S. Warhurst – President and CEO for PODS, Enterprises Inc. (“PODS”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Darrin Campbell to the position of COO. Mr. Warhurst stated: “PODS continues to realize significant growth in every division of the company. This type of growth requires modifications and additions to support the expanding infrastructure. Darrin has previous experience in managing companies in accelerated growth and has demonstrated the leadership qualities required for this important position.”

Darrin succeeds Paul Umberg who will continue with PODS in a new corporate undertaking.

PODS also announces the new “Urban Model” PODS Brand Container. The design features a side door which provides easy access into the container. This modification is the solution to specific geographic markets highly trafficked with limited delivery space. The Urban container was recently launched in Chicago, IL.

The service available to consumers, businesses and employees of large corporations requiring relocation is unique in that the patented hydraulic lift system designed to reduce shift in contents is available only with PODS.
