Pinellas County, Florida – January 10, 2006---PODS Inc. (“PODS”), a leading provider of mobile storage and moving solutions for residential and business customers, announces the opening of new franchise locations in Knoxville, TN and Huntsville, AL. Additional locations are scheduled to open in and will be announced in first quarter 2006.

PODS is also pleased to announce that through recent expansion efforts the Company now services 10,000 US cities and customer rentals exceed 438,000. The Inter-franchise (cross country relocation) division continues to surpass goals and is in position to launch global relocation services. In addition, PODS Corporate Development Division is taking a proactive approach in developing customized programs to market relocation as well as storage services to companies for the benefit of their employees and/or customers.
