Do's and Dont's

Do:

• Return your Inter-Franchise relocation contract to PODS using internet, fax, or mail (mandatory before POD containers can leave origin)
• Provide contact information to PODS while you are between locations during your move
• Have all documentation properly prepared
• Provide contents list to PODS personnel (3299 USA or B4 Canada)
• Load household effects securely in POD container
• Contact PODS Logistics staff with any questions
• Use links provided to search additional information, as necessary
• Have POD brand containers available for shipment on assigned dates

Don't:

• Load any restricted items in the POD brand containers
• Fail to communicate to PODS personnel, if you need a change in dates
• Circumvent ant of the procedures established by the Customs agencies
• Hesitate to ask questions about a step in the international moving process
