What Can I Expect from my Moving and Storage Project?

PODS understands that moving is a big deal, that’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure your moving expectations are met. Below is what you can expect if you’re moving:

1. After you’ve booked your PODS® moving container(s), you’ll receive your PODS agreement through the mail. You can either sign/return the form through the mail or visit PODS.com and sign the agreement.
2. Prior to your delivery date, you’ll receive an automated call from PODS informing you of the estimated time of arrival for your moving container(s).
3. A PODS driver will call you when they are en-route to deliver your empty container(s).
4. Take all the time you need loading the container(s).
5. Call us when you’re ready for your container(s) to be picked up.
6. Prior to your containers being picked up, you’ll receive an automated call from PODS informing you of the estimated time of pickup for your container(s).
7. A PODS driver will call you when they are en-route to pick up your fill container(s).
8. Prior to your PODS delivery date, you’ll receive an automated call from PODS informing you of the estimated time of arrival for your container(s).
9. A PODS driver will call you when they are en-route to deliver your filled container(s).
10. Take all the time you need unloading the container(s).
11. When you’re ready for PODS to pick up your moving container(s), call us.

Storing your belongings shouldn’t be a hassle, that’s why you can either keep your container(s) on-site or we can take your container(s) to our secure Storage Center. Below is what you can expect if you’re using a PODS container for storage:

1. After you’ve booked your PODS® storage container(s), you’ll receive your PODS agreement through the mail. You can either sign/return the form through the mail or visit PODS.com and sign the agreement.
2. Prior to your PODS delivery date, you’ll receive an automated call from PODS informing you of the estimated time of arrival for your storage container(s).
3. A PODS driver will call you when they are en-route to deliver your empty container(s).
4. Take all the time you need loading the container(s).
5. Keep the storage container(s) on-site for convenient access, or call us and we’ll drive your container(s) to our secure Storage Center.
6. Prior to your containers being picked up, you’ll receive an automated call from PODS informing you of the estimated time of pickup for your container(s).
7. A PODS driver will call you when they are en-route to pick up your empty container(s).
8. If you need to access your container(s) at the secure Storage Center, call us 24 hours prior to arrival.
9. If you decide you’d like your storage container(s) brought back to your location to load or unload, simply call us and we’ll redeliver your container(s).
